- -Batista’s contract with WWE has expired and he is a free agent. TNA did make an offer to Batista but with the large amount of money they have spent on bringing in other big names recently, they couldn’t come close to matching what he had been earning in WWE. For now, it does not look like we'll be seeing Batista in TNA anytime soon.
-Moving forward, the Suicide character will be played by Kiyoshi
- While WWE has the name Tommy Dreamer trademarked, Dreamer can still use the name in TNA and anywhere else he wants since he can show that he's used the name before WWE. As everyone knows, Dreamer used the name for years before joining WWE.
- It's said that Paul Heyman does not want to come into TNA with the way things are currently setup as far as creative and everything else goes.
- The reason TNA is bringing in several former ECW stars is because the focus group that did research a few months back showed that many fans responded that ECW was their favorite period in wrestling when asked. The results from this focus group is what really started the idea of bringing in Paul Heyman to lead a group of former ECW stars.
- TNA officials are said to be very excited about Mickie James eventually joining the company. James and Dixie Carter had some long meetings and both have come to an agreement. The current plan is to make her a central character in the Knockouts Division.
- Abyss' heel turn was a decision that Eric Bischoff campaigned for and eventually got his way. Reportedly, Hulk Hogan was not in favor of this yet, however Bischoff talked Hogan into doing the angle insisting it was best.
-Spike TV has added yet another TNA show to their Thursday line-up. The plan is to bring TNA Xplosion, which has been airing internationally, to 8pm on Thursdays. No word yet when it will begin airing but eventually, TNA will run Xplosion at 8pm, iMPACT at 9pm and Reaction at 11pm on Thursday The Wrestling Observer.. Why wont they let Suicide die? Mickie in TNA would be nice. I still think Angelina will win gold at Victory Road, then join TBP and they will kick out Lacey. Then the next few weeks they will pick on Lacey until Mickie shows up as her savior and to feud with Angelina. 4 hours of TNA on Thrusdays!?!? that would be awesome.

| Lots of interesting news I'm sad Heyman doesn't want to come in, he knows his shit and can easily change TNA for the better with his warped mind. Hopefully he reconsiders. I also like the WCW led by Ric Flair, ECW led by Heyman and TNA led by ???? idea, it can be fun if done right. Mickie James <3 I hope she doesn't get shoved down our throats like Tara was 4 hours of TNA? Overkill imo, Xplosion should move to Sundays (ala Sunday Night Heat) | |

| TNA is a mess and Heyman knows it.
Xplosion on thursdays is fine with me (it goes up against superstars) but that reaction show should move to the weekends.
at 11pm most people are heading to bed anyway. I doubt they will stay up for that. I say move it to Sunday nights at 8pm. It isnt even a wrestling show, just interviews and recaps.

2) On that note, ECW is the most overrated company in pro wrestling history.
3) So, are we gonna get another Tara-quese run with Mickie complete with total burial of the other knockouts and bad matches?
4) If TNA/Spike TV was smart, they wouldn't add another hour on the same night for a company that doesn't get good ratings. lol
5) I don't think Batista is not going to TNA.

| TNA's problem with the show is that they have a creative team that isn't really creative. Thus, they try to make everything complex to prove they are creative. Pro wrestling is about the good dudes vs the bad dudes. It ain't rocket science.
That and my god, how in the hell do they call themselves a company for profit without doing any kind of consistent marketing?

"Shock value" in pro wrestling doesn't have staying power. If TNA was smart, they would try to get kids to watch the show. The WWE has been in busy because they brainwash kids at the beginning of every "new" era into thinking pro wrestling is cool.. And a lot of those kids watch until their adulthood. *cough*
But then again, the name, the channel, the show it self isn't something I would market.

Your second paragraph is spot on, they fucking brainwashed us and look at us now, in our 20's still watching!!!!! We had the pleasure in watching wrestling back when every week was a event 1998 -2002 TNA are definitely desperate but they are the closest thing I have to the attitude era in YEARS! (until two weeks ago when NXT went on the attack) Moments like those is what I want (and not every fucking 5 years either)

Madison and Mickie should pair up while Lacey becomes a occasional wrestler.

| Good for Mickie, we know she'd be well booked in TNA. But is anyone else fed up with TNA getting new divas/superstars from WWE, and making them "the face of the division"- Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, RVD, Tara, Gail Kim, now Mickie. | |

| I think Gail's hype comes from her TNA run as oppose to her hype as a Knockout coming from her time in the WWE.
Mickie will get booked better.. But is it really worth it? She has some of the shittiest matches in the last year with some of the better talent as far as the Divas are concerned. I've always said that the Divas a whole is better than the Knockouts, but the best Knockout is better than the best Diva.. I don't know if I still stand by that. But I do know that adding Mickie won't add shit to the product outside of another woman who can't cut a promo and can't put on good matches.
And Blue, I started watching back in 1993. So, maybe that is why I am not condemning the WWE starting over or their PG rating. I don't need blood or naked chicks or "shocking" to make pro wrestling interesting to me.

| Mickie can put on good matches. she did it a few times in her last year in WWE...even in the midst of her bad matches she has put on some goodies mixed in there. i think it's the fact she was unhappy working for WWE that affected her performance in the ring. I think in TNA she will shine because she will be happy. | |

| Angelina, Sarita & Taylor Wilde is all this company is riding on. They are the true talents.
I am not to fond of Mickie going back, BUT would like to see her go back as Alexis laree, true TNA fans can relate to her with that name.
either way Dixie can't run a company to save her life, which is why Jeff was doing it and her family was providing financial support. That's how it was.

| Its quite funny for stars/divas in the WWE. Go to TNA, and you become the TNA/knockouts champ in your first month! I'm suprised Jillian hasn't made the move. | |

Nopes don't think she has, even in ovw she went under Alexis Laree
