The draft order will be at random, ppl can pick their own rosters though. Reason being is that this is like a competition and at the end we're voting on who has the best company overall

Also, there will be a time limit for each pick instead of 10 hrs like it says in the FAQ post. Say whoever has the first pick, after they make it they have to say "so and so must pick by a certain time". For example, say LL makes his pick at 4:25 pm on EST (eastern standard time) he has to let the person know that they have until 4:25 the next day to make their pick. If they know they can't make the time, they have to give me a list (seeing I'm the GM of this) of who they'd like to get. This way it doesn't last 4 months

So this is going to be (what is that word??) when we don't know who's roster it is.

No everything will be out in the open so people can see who's been picked and what not
