you didnt comprehend a word i just said. whoever put Vixen up for this category (MEANING TO BE VOTED ON IN IT) didnt bother to vote for her when it came time to do so.

I think your winner would clearly be the guy who get the most 1st place votes when they send it to you the list. unless people are trying to make someone they like not win it which would make the system very flawed.
