As noted yesterday here on the website, TNA president Dixie Carter held a talent meeting yesterday afternoon in Orlando, Florida before the evening's iMPACT! taping. She informed all talent that they must "tighten up" up their in-ring work and noted that they are essentially spoiled because they have the luxury of performing on a taped show which can be edited.
"Guys were fuming," said one company source regarding her remarks.
On another note, there was no mention of Paul Heyman during the meeting as we noted yesterday here on the website. Talks between Heyman and Dixie Carter are continuing on a daily basis. | |

| The roster doesn't need the lecture. TNA's talent roster is so stacked, it is not even funny. That's why they get so much shit, because the booking and creative team can't use them correctly? You should have no issues getting a good product out of them. But since their marketing strategy to suck on purpose, there isn't much that can be done I guess.
Dixie Carter is essentially nothing more than a money mark. How else could you explain TNA staying in business for as long as it has under the quality in which they run their programs? She will keep on pumping money in. Maybe Spike TV cutting their funding will teach them a lesson. I doubt that company can run on just her money forever. | |
