I thin everyone is mis reading this. They didn't say who do you like more, they said "Is Laycool a rip off of TBH" ...and many said "YES", they never said "Who is better", "Who is Liked"..all they asked if LayCool was a rip off...and I agree (although TBP is a rip off of Team Blondage, Team Blondage didn't have the mainstream Exposure)

Don't Blame Angelina, Madison and Lacey for Velvet being un able to look like something you'd pick up at a street corner. Ho-ish just suits her, she can't help it.

i dont think they are, the two gimmicks are quite different as well as being somewhat similiar....TBP dont do much other then say they want to get rid of all the ugly ppls, and shake there asses.
LayCool have more of a bully mean girls gimmick.....TBP is far more sexualized/slutty then LayCool which is just about making fun of the rest
if WWE was pg 14 or something, i reckon LayCool would be more slutty

but i dont agree with them, im part of the 35%

There are a lot of female stables similar to this: PMS, Vince's Devils, Team Blondage, T&A. Everyone's influenced by something.

Laycool came at a weird time, but it's still a good duo and better than whatever is left of the Beautiful People right now.

I think Laycool and TBP are equal tbh. They are the same, both make fun of others. Both are overrated and overpushed. Im SICK of them both. <_<

But the problem is, I dun think she's going to get that much attention if she breaks away from Michelle.

As for the 2 women titles, once LayCool breaks up I dun see a need for that as well.

In fact, I'm happy with their pairing as it is. Both actually benefit each other imo.

And I agree with LL on the difference in both TBP and Laycool's tactics and approaches. So, in this case, I think I'm in the minority as well.

i guess Laylas career after LayCool will depend entirely on how the breakup feud works
if its all onesided like most of McCools feuds, then Layla wont stand a chance on SD, and will be better of being shipped to Raw
but if they book Layla better, and make her seem like a legit challenge, then she should be fine

i see LayCool breaking up either at NOC, or before WM, leading to a match there.

Most gimmicks, moves, etc. are all ripoffs of something else in one way or another. If we can focus less on that, and focus more on whether the gimmick is good for the worker, and if that gimmick is getting them over.

EDIT: And usually, when recycling something such as a gimmick, adjusting or adapting it to better fit the fans, character, etc. It's no big deal. I think we can live with two groups doing a snobby skank stable. Just look at Ric Flair, his "Nature Boy" nickname isn't even originally his.

well the gimmick has deffintly saved Laylas job. and its interjected some much needed personality into Michelle...so as far as that is concerned, yes it has helped them

the over aspect? Michelle is a vaccuum of reactions as it is, but it all depends on where they are wrestling, some places do give them heat, some dont. Layla is the more over of the two, and a lot of reports as of late ive read state that Layla gets a good amount of cheers as well...Michelle, eh nots so much

TBP ripped off WWE's Vince's Devils. Ever find it funny how Angelina/Velvet went under the leg entering the ring, just like Torrie/Candice did? If anything, WWE, is using one of their gimmicks again, but the way it should have worked in the beginning.

It's not really WWE's gimmick. Women have been doing this for a long time.

The Beautiful People have a similar entrance to Vince's Devils, but TBP's entrance is still better and they're a better group.

Laycool have some similarities to The Beautiful People, but they ended up becoming a better version of them.

Sometimes the 2nd coming of a gimmick, ends up being better.

All TBP do in their entrance is shake their bony ass....Then again, I could see why you would think thats better. Vince's Devils could have been great, but they weren't given the opportunities TBP were given, and they weren't pushed down our throats like most other diva stables have been.

Best entrance in wrestling, Velvet has somewhat of an ass.

Vince's Devils was just some randomized thing put together after weeks of tag-teaming. It ended up mainly being used to launch Candice Michelle's singles career.

ACTUALLY!!! Velvet ripped that entrance from April Hunter. While tagging with April Hunter as T&A, they used that entrance. Even April Hunter commented on it saying "Well, thank you for making our entrance famous"

And this was WAY before Vince's devils btw

and there is NO similarity between Vince's Devils & TBP/LayCool, Vince's Devils was litterally a group of whores....just sayin

Know why i find it funny, the same "making fun of people" was how TBP got started, didn't they make fun of ODB for looking like a man?? The whole bald picture thing before The Make Over Battle Royal?? Didn't they make fun of Roxxi's look prior to the Battle Royal??

Velvet and Angelina started out was making fun of peoples, looks, it was what they did with lauren everytime she interviewed them.

You say LayCool are school girl bullies, yet their teasing my be, but their characters aren't which is why i can't get into them. Yes they bully like like teenage girls, but their mentallity isn't. WHILE TBP, yet dressed as whores, are more school girl bullies then LayCool, yet they dress like whores (although it's all the same these days), the TBP motto is i'm prettier then you, your ugly so i'm more popular, go look at any modeling show, any highschool movie, anything highschool, it's all about the Pretty Slutty girl who thinks she's all that, not the Pretty, smart, athletic,...or in one word "Flawless" girl.

School girls aren't "Flawless", their "Pretty" and which is why i find it funny you say that about LayCool, because their tactics and teasing are school girl bullies...but their character's way of thinking isn't. No one ever wanted to be the Smart, Athletic girl.....they wanted to be the Pretty One...who got the boys.
