Diva Discussion: Tiffany

Well last time it was Chelsea, this week I’m going with Tiffany.
I personally enjoy Tiffany, I feel she is this Jack in the Box awaiting to burst out and really show what she can do. Her ring work has been good since tossing her in the ring. She has yet to put on a bad performance in any of her singles matches and tag team match. People say it’s too early; they fail to realize this girl has been on the main roster for over two years now. We’ve seen women that have spent less time than that win championships before. Her wrestling isn’t that far off from Layla’s, she is near flawless if given a speaking role. I’d say she is one of the best speakers in the WWE right now. Better then Layla, Maryse, Michelle or Kelly who have been given more time to speak.

I’ve spent some time watching her ECW segments, the girl handled herself amazingly, no mess ups, on screw ups, she did really good. Especially in the segment X posted a while back. I actually took the time to watch a few more and she was really good.

Her only downfall is that she is kind of another bland face, then again it’s a face syndrome in the WWE, you have Gail, Kelly, Eve, The Bellas & Tiffany who are so bland, that you’d rather watch white paint dry.

So aside from the Jacked up face and yet unique but really off ring attire, Tiffany in my book seems like an all around diva who could get it done when needed. She can wrestle (decent enough), she can speak, she can act…what exactly about her isn’t ready?

If you could sit through a Layla match, you can sit through a Tiffany match, because the two aren’t that far apart when it comes to wrestling. She’s agile, she’s willing to learn and has yet to perform poorly. So Tiffany as champion? I wouldn’t mind at all. If they put half the effort and give her half the mic time they invested in LayCool, the girl could do alright.

i wouldnt mind Tiffany becoming champ either tbh.

but im not gonna bother claiming she has a chance this week. this match like the Kelly/Layla match is just filler for Beths return...LayCool wont be losing the title until at least after NXT is over

i'd say she's the next best wrestler on Smackdown after Beth and Michelle. i guess we say it's too early for her to be champion because she hasn't been built up enough. most of the greatest Women's champions have been built up in a good feud for the title. i think this week's match will be good but i don't want Tiffany to win

Im not a fan of her. I just havent been impressed with her. I have seen better then her tbh. I hope she dont become champ Tuesday, becasue she will have NO build up and has she even won a one on one match cleanly yet? At least Layla has before she became champ.

I think shes kinda bland.

I personally dont like her attire. Not trying to be rude, she looks like a reject 12 year old cheerleader. I will love to see her change up her attire some.

I think she should be going for the Divas title though, I feel that title is for those who arent as experienced and are not as ready for the Womens.

But I will say something good about her~
I love the fact that she is charitable and gives back. I respect the fact she helps out with children who are abused and neglected. That is a good thing.

Overall I think she is a great person outside of the ring but Im just not a fan of her wrestling.

I love her, WWE has something special in Tiffany. They seriously need to stop focusing on Maryse and Kelly because the blonde that they are ignoring is "the one", she's cute and can wrestle (something the other two cannot do) What more can you possibly ask for? Yes she's bland, who isn't out of the face divas? WHO THE FUCK ISN'T???

I want her to get a push soon, she deserves it and I loved her chain wrestling with Michelle a few months back, I haven't forgotten that shit, get it Tiffy <3

My take is that you have a long ass take on her and I don't have anything to add to this convo because this shit was too long to read at 2AM for a sleepy man, but I hope not to disappoint at a later stage in life, Kev.

Trish had no prior buildup for the championbship. Out of all 6, nobody expected Trish to win, and look what it did to her.

i did a little reserach on Miss Stratus
and worked out that between her first and last title reigns she overall spent just under half of that time as womens champion (in days)

she overall had 828 days of championships...and thats a total of 2 years and 98 days (3 months)..and between her first and last reign it was 4 years and 10 months.....

Yeah thats pretty funny lol. I'd love to see Edge/Cena's statistics too.

I agree with a lot of things you said Kiwi.

I do not want her winning the Women's Championship just yet. Its not that I don't think she is ready, I just don't think the time is right.

However, I'm loving Tiffany! I would prefer her having just two piece attires, that MATCH, and having more than 1. I like when she performs in the ring though. Yes, we see monkey flips all the time from Divas, but she puts a little edge on hers. This shows that she isn't just "Oh, now time for the monkey flip" she gives a show and gets the fans behind her.

I also love her entrance music. We'll see what Smackdown holds this Friday, but whatever happens I think it'll be fine!

Before Trish won in 2001 she had some kind of buildup. She always teamed with Lita and won a lot of matches. She also won a lot of matches against Torrie and Stacy and the other alliance girls. I actually knew she was getting it that day and I didnt have much internet back then.

I dont love or hate tiffany...she's just there.

i do however wish she would stop wearing hooker heels to the ring.

I like Tiffany, she is great I hope she gets pushed, I'm glad she has been given a title match, I think she is a good wrestler and she has improved alot. I think she she is a better wrestler than Kelly, and she is more intresting. I hope Layla keeps the belt though as I want her to fued with Beth.

@ Beth's return: If anything, I hope Layla wins the first bout of they were to meet. That way she'd have the title a month longer.

To this point, I have never really been a big fan of Tiffany. She seems to be able to hold her own in her matches, but I have not seen any stellar matches.

I understand that she is fairly new to the business, but I really think she needs to step up and show all of us why she isn't just another blond on the roster.

Funny... WWE was so proud to show her when she made the transition from ECW GM to newest SD! diva. They had her on the broadcast in matches kicking the tales of LayCool, now most times when I see her she's in the corner of Kelly - frankly, it's really pointless.

I call it the Rey Mysterio Syndrome.....Dolph worked with him, he got set back a few steps got lost in the shuffle. She was supposed to work a big angle with him and his daughter...but that got cut as well......Guess rey wasn't happy with her either

Where's Brock Leslar when you need him. Take off Rey's knee pads & braces, then deliver an F5 Zach Gowen style leg first to the ring post.

She's better than Kelly Kelly, got that going for her.

If Eve and Maryse can become champions, I don't see why Tiffany or anyone else for that matter can't. Probably not anytime soon though.
