High Self-Esteem

Do you think having high self-esteem is always a bad thing? Do you think there are any instances where having high self-esteem is viewed in a negative light?

I guess its bad if someone is very cocky and loves themselves way too much.

I think it's how you carry yourself that can alter one's perception of you.

Theres nothing wrong with loving yourself, if you don't start thinking everyone else is inferior.

If you don't think highly of yourself, no one is going to think highly of you.

I mean even the nerdy kids on TV thought highly of the popular girl, and she's usually a total bitch.

There is some new show on MTV that kind of addresses what we are talking about, but it's recorded in a high school. It's to show them that they have more in common than they realize. I saw a little of it for the first time yesterday.

If you have a low self esteem you can get depressed.

Too much though and you seem like a total dick.

I think it all depends on how you carry yourself.

I think having high self-esteem is a good thing, hell everyone should feel good about themselves and be happ with who they are.

I just don't like it when people start to think they're the end all and be all, like everything and everyone should revolve around them.
