Top ROH Star & Current World Champion Sign With WWE?

According to a report on PWInsider.com, Ring Of Honor (ROH) world champion Tyler Black has signed a contract to join the active roster in WWE.

ROH owner Cary Silkin has declined to comment on whether or not there's any substance to the Black/WWE reports.

As soon as more information becomes available, we'll have an update with the details.

I fear for Tyler. I would probably fear for him more if the contract was with TNA.

I think ROH should just work on its stars and try to become the alternative again.

Thing is I don't think there is really a alternative.

I mean there are other promotions but there ain't been that company yet who been what WCW was that could give us something else get some of the actual wwe talent when they were still young. I mean much to WCW credit they stole people like mysterio,benoit,saturn,raven,shane douglas,Dean Melenko,Chris Jericho from ECW. That's all WWE gonna do now. If someone is taking ROH talent it should clearly be TNA.

Yes, especially someone like him. They NEED him, WWE isn't in a position where they need him. Danielson would be a smart FA to try to obtain, but they'll probably to to redo Nash or Flair's contract instead - or sign some othe fifty-something...

Good For Tyler but watch him become some jobber or get released. :/
