Hollywood icon Zsa Zsa Gabor, 93, returned to her home in L.A. yesterday nearly four weeks after going to the hospital for a hip replacement, reports the Associated Press. Gabor’s recovery from surgery was complicated by an infection that threatened to keep her in the hospital indefinitely. The actress was transported home in an ambulance accompanied by a police escort and a Rolls Royce driven by Gabor’s husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt. “She smiled already and started flirting with the guys who took her home,” von Anhalt told reporters outside the couple’s Bel Air home yesterday. “When she starts flirting, she is in good shape.”
