Latest regarding WWE unifying the World Titles

Vince McMahon has gone back and forth on the time frame for unifying the World Heavyweight Championship and the WWE Championship, reports the Pro Wrestling Torch. At times he has wanted the unification to take place within 30 days, but company officials have urged him to wait until Wrestlemania 27.

Many within the company feel they need to place the titles on the proper people and position them strongly in order to make the unification match a major event.

Though McMahon has come off adamant about unifying the titles, no one has ruled out the possibility that he'll have a change of heart.

dont do it, Vinny. it's nice having the WHC because it gets lesser talented guys a chance to hold gold...it's like a test run. i like it that way.

TBH Triple H should win the title. Undertaker is too old and really doesn't need anymore achievements, especially since he is likely retiring at WM and engaging in a long fued with Kane. He doesn't need to go out with the title...

John Cena, Edge and Randy Orton need a big break. I'd love to see Jericho return, win the world title and fued with Orton over unifying them, in which Jericho wins, becoming the only 2 time Undisputed champion.

Why should it be Trips?

You make a good case for the others not winning, but you didn't really state why he should.

I would be for it if he's heel; but if not a heel HHH, then give it to someone who has momentum going into the ME picture, hasn't won a world title before and most imprtantly... someone who would make a great world champion.

I'd say leave them the fuck alone, the World Heavyweight Title is LEGEND. It's so sad that they reverted back to this 80's bullshit, no more diversity. Shame.

I want them to NOT unify the titles, if that shit happens Punk, Swagger, Miz, Drew, Cody, Morrison, Teddy, Kofi will NEVER EVER win the gold with idiots like Cena, Orton, Edge, HHH, Rey Mysterio around.

They had the World Heavyweight Championship, not the WWE Title. They're fucked as it goes with that piece of shit, hasn't meant anything for over five years.
