I think the more important question is, "when the milk came out, what did he think it was?"

in africa they drink goat's milk so we could also ask..what was he doing with that goat

My cousin was allergic to Cow Milk for most his child hood....he couldn't even eat Cake.....poor kid, They gave it another go at 10.....everything went alright...no longer has issues with Cow Milk.

The cow (or goat) probably didn't think anything of it as its calves (or kids) would suckle. They probably thought that that was what was going on.
