UGH!!! Can't take it no more!!!

I can't freaking sleep, it's going to be week two and for the last week i've been sleeping at 3/4 AM because i can't fall asleep. I skipped my classes today basicly because i can't get up. I swear i'm getting pissed. It's really annoying. Luckily i have class at 11 tomorrow..gives me some time...But still....i need to freaking sleep....arrrgggg i'm seriously annoyed!!!!

try not to eat anything within 2 hours of when you plan to sleep

maybe drink a little milk.

turn off all the lights and listen to soft music..

I am sure all of those work, but I prefer the drink some Rum method. HAHA

I don't do milk lol.

I tried dark...didn't work...tried soft music...found myself singing along lmao.

I already made up my mind...thursday i'm going jogging and tired myself out or something....I need my sleep to function.

i'm a troubled sleeper too, though lol

I usually do not have any problems falling asleep, but I cannot stay asleep. I tend to be a very light sleeper so anything wakes me up. I probably wake up 9 or 10 times a night.

I'm like a rock when i sleep, the world could end and i wouldn't even know.

Plus i dance, fight, talk....and one occasion sing in my sleep....soooo yeah if i don't notice that....i don't think i notice anything else lol.

I'm a light sleeper myself..from being a mom and waking up for 3am feedings...to a few weeks ago when someone tried to enter my place at 3am.

i'm a bit paranoid these days.

the guy was gone when they arrived, though...but the next night the same cop came back to check on me again, which was nice of him.

That was extremely nice. Something that the police in the town I grew up in would do.

It's 3:31 AM People....and my eye are wide open!!!!

Try taking sleeping pills or something

eehhh no, one meh i'd really rather save the money and two, sleeping pills means i have to sleep a certain amount of hours....i don't have that kinda time. All i need is 5 hours of sleep to function and i'm good.

Going to bed at 3.30am is the reason your not able to sleep...You gotta have a pattern.

I've always found that if I have alcohol in my system (even it's something as simple as a glass of wine) that I'm asleep like shot.

It works for me, it might work for you.

Kevin won't drink alcohol lol. But yeah, it does work.

If he doesn't drink alcohol then I'm all out.
