What's the best thing that has happened to you lately?

For me it was learning i have an A in my history class. History hasnt ever been my best subject.

Also learning that i'm 100% ok after having surgery last weekend. i was nervous about what might be wrong with me until then.

Definitely meeting Melina Perez & receiving balloons, flowers, & chocolates on my birthday from someone very special. Made my year.

Me and my Dad actually had a 20+ minute conversation over the phone.

Our convo's are usually 2-4 minutes long and are like this:
Me: hel0
Da: Hello, how are you?
Me: Good
Dad: how is school?
Me: Going good
Dad: Hows the money?
Me: Hanging on
Dad: Ok
Me: OK

and it either ends...or i then talk to my mom. Our convo's are usually nothing more then that. So having a longconvo with him was nice.

Also my friend recently opperated and that went well, so happy for that as well.

Me and my friend Amy are even better friends over the last few days.

There is a lot of good in my life lately.

I just found out that some one I like likes me too! That's always good news. I also managed to pay off all my bills and I have some money left over, not enough for SDvR, but it's cool, I can wait till Friday.

Yeah, me and my dad never got along, never, since i was like 7 or so. After that it's been constant fights and arguements. So the last 2 years it has changed and finally a long convo yesterday. So yeah, things are looking up.

It's because I've learned to accept myself! Flaws and all, and now people just seem to gravitate towards me. We still talk and flirt though lol.

i'm so happy for you, hun. I doubt i'll ever be able to accept myself. besides when people do come to me and i get the courage to put myself out there, i get shot down.
