Gail Melina VS Alicia Maryse.

Stupid that Gail didnt have her entrance while the other 3 did -.-

Everyone worked well with each other. Nice huracaranna to the outside by Gail and the neckbreaker. Melina did okay as well, though she didnt scream that much, something that I noticed right from the start lol. Instead Maryse was screaming like crazy. Lol at her screaming when she was getting pinned.

to be honest i was more focused on Punk doing commentary...he looked great with the blonde hair too. Punk for Superstars commentator!!!!


anyway, the match was meh...i didnt even read spoilers and i knew who was going to win the minute her music hit. I love Maryse's manneurisms.

The match was OK but a big step down in quality from the recent Superstars matches. None of them seemed particularly on their A game last night.

i might've turned the channel if Punk wasnt doing commentary.

Match was really good, Gail was great in there and Melina was on fire as usual. I would've liked a better ending but overall it was good. Punk was amazing on commentary, they should've let him do it by himself

So much for the supposed heat on Melina...gotta love sites

Oh and I just wanted to say as well I think Melina should stop doing that Matrix move, she doesnt do it fully and the commentators go on as if she's done something really great. lol.

Actually a win for her does mean there isn't heat on her. If there's heat on someone they won't give you wins, if she had heat they could've let Gail get the pin. i think the fact that this match was on Superstars kinda speaks on the fact that there's heat on Melina. why is the "top diva" being demoted all the way down to the "C" show? and stuck playing second fiddle to chicks like the bellas in backstage segments?

So I guess LayCool have heat on them as well right? They've been on Superstars. You can't base it on that. They obviously wanted a divas match but couldn't fit it in on Raw because of the whole Mae segment so they put it on Superstars

That makes no sense because LayCool also appears on Smackdown and Raw. They appear on all 3 shows.

While Melina has matches on the lower standard show, Superstars and is treated like an invisible person on Raw.

So, I have to agree with Vixen here.

the fact that they fired Mickie for something as small as missing a bus pretty much confirms she had heat on her. cause let's face it..she was THE diva in the WWE...on top of the whole diva ladder..and they completely dropped her for something as small as missing a bus? yeah...she was in the doghouse..otherwise that firing makes no sense...

and no LayCool dont have heat on them..unless you read a story i didnt.

but even when Melina wasnt in the spotlight in the past..she was never reduced to backstage segments and Superstars matches. i dont care how much you dont believe it but the fact that i do doesnt make me right or wrong. it's just a difference of opinion and i'd like you to stop insulting the forum just because some of us dont believe what you do.

And how do you really know that's why Mickie got fired? That's what I've been saying yet you continue to believe sites. Mickie wanted to pursue her music career and didn't want to be controlled anymore so what happened? She got released. Same with Maria since she wanted to do the same thing and ironically she gets released too.

I was using LayCool as an example. Alicia and everyone else can be used as examples too. Not everyone that is on Superstars has heat on them.

Natalya has a push right now so she is the top diva at the moment. They are still finding stuff for Melina to do whether she's in a match on Superstars or in a backstage segment on Raw. I actually don't call Superstars the C show either since that's where you get the good diva matches so if Melina is on there every week it won't bother me one bit.

I didnt say every diva on Superstars has heat on them. but the top Diva suddenly jobbing out a match and then disappearing from tv altogether only to pop up randomly as prop in a backstage segment...or on the "C" show for a tag match is cause for concern for me.

Even when Maryse wasnt the top heel diva..and Alicia was..Maryse wasnt dropped quite like Melina has been. She just played second fiddle to the current flavor of the month, Alicia, but still got ample match time on the A show, Raw.

it's like WWE has said "to hell with Melina" which is unusual because they were damn sure of themselves to put the belt on her 13 days after she returned...

I cant say sites are all wrong because it was a site that reported Lacey was quitting then i saw the report with her confirming it on twitter..

reports also told me Rey Mysterio had knee surgery..which he has confirmed in interviews that his knees are shot to hell. You dont want to believe sites, that's fine but i doubt people get paid to sit and just randomly make things up off the top of their heads. Some of this stuff reported is true. If it was all llies, there'd be no news sites cause they'd all be bankrupt from numerous lawsuits.

I didn't say everything on sites is made up, I said most of the crap is. I know some of the stuff ends up being true but usually you can tell if something is made up by how it's worded. Sometimes they just like to pull shit out of their ass to get people talking.

Like I said, Melina isn't the top diva at the moment, Natalya is, she's the one being pushed and the other divas are just there, Eve is just there, Gail is just there, and Melina is just there. Heck, everyone except for Natalya and LayCool are just there. It's mainly focused on those 3 women so WWE finds something to do with the other divas mainly putting them in backstage segments or on Superstars.

Even so, Nattie should be teaming up with Raw counterpart Melina who has beef with Laycool, instead she is being teamed up with Kelly Kelly constantly. Even on Raw Melina hasn't been that tag partner to help out.

I don't mind Melina's matrix when she does it properly cuz she doesnt take half an hour to get back up like Trish did.

Umm not to be rude or anything, but can u all take this argument somewhere else, like to each others p.m. or create a separate thread so u can all go at there, so those of us they don't care about who has backstage heat or not, and prefer to just watch for the wrestling can discuss the match without having to scroll through the same arguments over and over! You all are going to believe the negative stuff about Melina, because U ALL HATE HER! Mintz is going to believe the positive stuff about her, because SHE LOVES HER! I thought it was a decent match, I would have rather seen Gail vs Alicia again though, I know it's repetitive but they have great matches.

the ending was the only real problem with the match. Melina should have used some sort of move instead of a lame school girl, like that move she used on Alicia a few weeks ago.

I really enjoyed the match, they all looked good out there. They get to do more on Superstars in aspects of wrestling.Punk on commentary was gold. He showed interest and respect to the womens division.

And also: "What do you think of Old School Raw Jeff?" Was classic, as was Stanford's botch of calling the hurricanrana.
