Backstage News: 2 WWE Stars Turning Heel?, Miz Praised

-- Both John Morrison and Edge are under consideration for heel turns over the next few months. However, the main holdup with Edge turning heel is that babyface side on SmackDown! lacks depth. The Undertaker is out and Rey Mysterio is working while hurt.

-- The Miz is receiving high marks from WWE officials for how hard he's worked since becoming WWE Champion. He is being compared to John Cena with the amount of media appearances he's doing, never complaining about the load, not to mention that he performs well on television.

Morrison going heel would be cool if the Dirt Sheet returns

Edge need to stay face for 2 damn years cause he always turns heel within a couple months

Edge needs some time as a face - his runs are always entirely too short.

I'm all for a Morrison heel turn because he is trash as a face. Only... only after a decent feud with Miz.

Of course Miz would be getting compared to Cena, makes sense to me.

I think Morrison works better as a heel. Same with Edge, although in Edge's case he works well as a face also.

It doesn't surprise me that The Miz is being compared to Cena. Both Miz and Cena worked hard to get their spot and both have had to work hard to keep it (although Cena, being Vince's bitch....errr....Golden Boy....doesn't have to work so hard anymore).

I've just recently came back to watching WWE again, and I still can't believe to find Edge as a face... but I would like to see more of it.

As for Morrison, I dont care... although I prefer heel, his usual heel gimmick gets a bit boring.

Upon returning he was face.
Went to Raw and turned heel.
Turned face after brief feud with Orton.

He's been face ever since. This is as bad as Jay Lethal and the X-division championship.

I actually implied that they are both mediocre, despite their work ethic. Neither one are on par with the stars of the era before them, they're only viewed as the shit now because it's all they have at the current time but it's whatever, nature of the beast.

I still find it funny how Edge openly admitted to the fans he used their fan support when he became heel again. Now that his face again, they are buying into his shit again hahaa
