An Intresting Observation about Melina vs Nattie Feud

I know all the Melina fans are gonna be upset. But it seems like WWE doesn't care for how their feud's been going. I think with WWE having Melina take the loss to Eve last week showed how they feel with character and their work lately and why they worked Gail Kim as a heel on a house show. I mean if you look at the diva match canceled it couldn't do anything to help Melina's credibility as number one contender. I mean Nattie would beat Maryse. Melina still would have lost her last match to Eve. I look for Nattie to retain at the Rumble and possibly go back in a feud with Laycool, Awesome Kong, or possibly Gail Kim.

I agree. I think Natties reigns been a bit iffy to say the least. She's had some good PPV matches and some opportunity for mic work but the whole Melina/Natalya feuds been really random.
I really hope she doesn't go back to a feud with Laycool. I'm hoping she feuds with Gail , because they could put on some great matches and Gails a bit like Natalya was, very talented but under utilised.

they need to capitalise on this feud to make Natalya seem like a strong champion. they need a couple of promos and they can have the match at the Rumble. the LayCool/Nattie feud started off a bit randomly as well and it eventually became something good with all the build up it got. a backstage segment would even be fine but i hope they don't forget that Eve pinned Melina. they made a big mistake with that and they have to run with it now or else Melina just looks too weak. all they need is Melina to go on about why she turned on Nattie and officially announce the match for the Rumble, then Eve can remind us she pinned Melina so she should be in the match as well. both Eve and Melina have proven that they can cut good promos so five to six minutes of TV time on Raw is all we need

i said this in the beginning of her reign...Nattie is likely to be used as a transitional champion. It seems even more apparent now, too. I feel bad for her.

I'm probably the only one but I'm actually liking this Natalya/Melina feud. Could it be better? Yes, much much better. They really should've had Melina explain why she turned heel. It was just so random with that slap out of nowhere and she never got the chance to really explain it which could've been she was tired of Natalya stealing her spotlight, but I do applaud both Natalya and Melina for going out there and still giving it their all for the little time that they get.

Melina was pinned by Eve to shut her up. Throughout that match Melina was doing everything she could to make Natalya lose and it backfired on her. Last week, if the match hadn't gotten cut I'm sure Melina would've been on commentary and would've tried to attack Natalya after her match then the following week Melina would face Eve which will probably happen in a couple weeks now since they're behind.

As for who will win, I'm really not sure. Natalya really doesn't have anyone else to feud with other than LayCool whereas Melina has Eve, Gail, and Beth and I'd really rather not see LayCool in the spotlight again

Hardly am I aware of what's going on with these two. All I know is Melina gets damn near no reaction. And no one seems to give a fuck about the Golden Girl, Natalya.

Now, that... that's what I call boring.

I think people do care about Natalya to an extent, she's gotten some decent pops. It'll just take a bit more time. No one can get popular in a short span of time. It'll take longer than that.

As for Melina, she got great pops as a face but since she's turned heel it seems like the crowd doesn't know whether to cheer her or boo her. It may take some time for her as well

Yes, and name a face that doesn't get cheered simply for being face.

They all have a fanbase. But Natalya's case is different as she's the champ. I've heard louder pops for her prior to becoming champion.

Eve rarely gets a reaction, lol. Sometimes Gail doesn't get a reaction either, only usually hear a pop on superstars but since that's taped you never know.

I do recall Natalya getting huge reactions but that was usually when she was with the Hart Dynasty. It'll just take more time. If you remember, when Melina first turned face she wasn't getting great reactions, it took time and then she was one of the most popular divas. It's happened with others as well.

It seriously could be worse, like I said about Eve, that girl got the belt and people still didn't care about her at all
