| Wait, is he in the UK or France? Title says UK, post says France.
If he is in the UK, then it doesn't surprise me. British airports are useless. They make you wait around for hours, which I suppose is common, but airport staff tend to be rude and unhelpful. My dad even caught one blantantly lieing when they said a plane was circling above when he was on the phone to my brother on the "circling" flight saying they had landed in a different airport and were off the plane.
Word of advice to anyone planning to come the the UK: Its better to go to France or Belgium and get a ferry or Eurostar into Britain, you avoid the hassle. | |
