The Planned WrestleMania 27 Main Event Is Streak vs Career?, Sting-WWE

-- The Undertaker vs. Triple H is currently penciled in as the main event for WrestleMania XXVII.

Many people within the company are saying that Triple H will put his career on the line against The Undertaker, with Shawn Michaels acting as the special guest referee. However, the stipulations of the match are not concrete.

Triple H has contemplated retiring in the near future, noting he's 41 years old, has suffered a series of serious muscle tears, and is considered the heir apparent to Vince McMahon's throne atop World Wrestling Entertainment.

The Undertaker is advertised for this Monday's 2/21/11 RAW in Fresno, California.

Unlike Shawn who in certain ways improved as he got older (he focused on entertaining with his performance in the ring more than electrifying you you his presence and charisma outside of matches), Triple H's overall quality of performance, in-ring and out, has declined. I don't see a really intriguing story that can be told between these two. The obvious one is kinda lame. Anyhow, WWE needs to hurry and come to a decision on who is going to be Undertaker's opponent so they'll have time to respectably build the main event.
