Scared to get a shot?

I fucking run like hell!!!! They fucking freak me out.

I don't mind getting shots, doesn't bother me at all.

I hate getting my blood taken though.

i had 2 needles in the mouth at the dentist too, venom.

I actually like having blood drawn...which reminds me i need to donate blood again..

i like watching the blood swirl out into the little vile.

Just two??

I had to pull out my wisdom tooth, had to like go do it three times...each time was two needles....ugh freaked.

i've never had teeth pulled.

my wisdom teeth are stuck in my jaw. they wont ever come in fully so they cant be pulled out...

they only hurt on occasion but luckily they wont grow in...if they did my teeth would be crooked and i'd need braces. there's really no room for them to come in anymore than they already have.


never had my tonsils removed either

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time.

They gave me the option of the shots or to be put under anesthesia so I chose to be put under.

I've also had my gall bladder out, my appendix, tonsils and I've had stitches twice above my left eyebrow.

in the most uncomfortable of places

I don't mind, I just hate getting shots in the butt. So painful and annoying. I'll gladly take a shot in the arm any day.

I'd donate blood if it wasn't illegal.

And I don't mind dentist needles anymore. I get a little nervous at the beginning, but once my head is back the needle just goes in and although its so painful I can deal with it. After having like 5 needles in one go at the dentist tends to do this lol.
Since then I've been to the dentist a few times, having to get some of my gum sliced, so I had one needle for that, then two another time, then two another time lol.


I don't like needles anywhere else, and haven't had any for years luckily. However the last one I had, the doctor told me to move my fingers like I'm playing the piano, and I didn't feel a thing!

Until technology develops another way for people to get medical treatment, I'll deal with it.

Shots, IVs, Central lines, and another thing called a Portacath... had 'em all. Needles don't faze me anymore as I get stuck all the damn time.

Personally, I don't care whether the person is male, female, gay, straight, transgender. If that person can help contribute to my and other people's lives with a blood donation... let them.

They screen the fucking blood product anyway, so the other stuff shouldn't matter. I mean, these mofos ache and moan about not enough people volunteering to donate blood. Don't you think if you opened up for more people to do so, you'd get results?

I think I understand the sports thing. That's likely so that the blood iron restores. Anyone who has anemia knows if your iron is low, then you're going to feel weak.
