Top WWE Star wants out?

I've just been onto www.wrestlingnewsworld.com and the Featured Story was entitled: Major Top WWE Star Requests His Release; Says He Will Retire If It's Not Granted

As it's a Premium Story, I can't read it. But I wonder who it is, anyone got any thoughts?

I'm thinking Kane or Big Show. Both are nearing the end of their careers and Big Show may be annoyed that he is being used against vastly inexperienced Superstars.

Edge already said he's out once his contract is done in a year or two...so not him, he's already leaving.

It's impossible to know if its credible atm, I don't have a Premium Account for that site because, apart from the fact that if I'm not usually that interested as I'll find out in due course, I don't have the money to spare.

It's unlikely to be Triple H, he wouldn't threaten to retire if he didn't get released as a release for Triple H would probably stem from a divorce from Steph. I'd be surprised if he requested release too, as he would lose the cushy management job thats been lined up for him and the office that was specially built for him.

Edge, as has been said, has already stated he will be retiring when his contract expires.

Undertaker, I think, has been looking towards retiring by Wrestlemania 28, possibly even after this Wrestlemania so I doubt its him.

yeah it aint HHH. he's more behind the scenes these days than in the ring and he's prepping to retire shortly anyway to spend more time with his daughters (and continue to try for a son )

Can you blame him?! They stopped his push abruptly like two years ago and haven't done shit with him since. The keep putting the IC title on him, but it's all worthless because there aren't any major angles that surround the IC title anymore; and hasn't since Chris Jericho and Christian.

I wanted them to give the belt to McIntyre for a lengthy period of time, give him a chance to evolve his persona and build up opposition to make that belt look like it's worth something again.

They didn't do shit with the belt when he had it. A couple of defenses; bullying people; being stripped of it and he became irrelevant. The title... that continued being irrelevant. lol

if its a premium story, its pretty much bullshit. someone posted a rumor after the Rumble saying that Nash was gonna show up on Raw as the GM and they even had the script WAY before Raw was even gonna go on the air. if you have to pay for it, its pretty much a crock
