Major Update - Jeff Hardy's Condition + He Was Sent Home

As noted late last night here on the website, the reason that the Victory Road main event was so short was because Jeff Hardy was in no condition to wrestle in his match against Sting. Sting was said to be a complete professional about the entire situation but was clearly pissed after the match.

People within the company are reportedly very upset that Hardy was even sent to the ring, when it was clear to people backstage that he should never have been sent out.

Also, people within the company felt that the card should have been reshuffled so that the company would not have been embarrassed like they were last night. Many people within the company are very upset right now, because the company came off looking bad, and because the situation is representative of greater problems that plague the company

TNA has made the decision to send Jeff Hardy home from this week's set of iMPACT! tapings.

Sting was always scheduled to retain the title in last night's main event.

There is no truth to rumors that Jeff Hardy was arrested last night.

Sting worked in WCW with Scott Hall when they allowed Hall to go wrestle drunk.

He would vomit and stuff on people. I think Sting clearly made the move best for the show. Jeff Hardy shouldn't of been in the match and probably should of been fired on the spot.

Matt Hardy enables him saying Jeff is fine and nothing is wrong with him.

I think the whole wrestling community, be it ROH, WWE, OVW etc is rather dissapointed and disgusted with Jeff Hardy right now.

He better pray TNA keeps him, because i don't think many companies are to keen on having him do their shows. He has truly become an undependable disgrace to wrestling. That's putting it harsh but he's a modern day scott Hall.

I've been disgusted with Jeff Hardy and his fans for the last several years, and folks are just now seeing it how I've been for ages. Fantastic.

So sad, but true: He is like Scott Hall these days. That makes it even sadder, since I've always thought that Hall was talented and charismatic, only to waste it on alcohol.

What was Jeff's condition anyway? High? I didn't see the match, so I don't know.
