He's not a true lucahdore. True luchadores never remove their masks.

I was half expecting there to be some baby faced kid under the mask. He looks a little older than I expected.

I was confused by that as well. Rey was unmasked in WCW and put it back on for WWE, but I don't think he does lucha libre in Mexico anymore.
