Are You There Vodka? It's Me Chelsea.

Inspired by the best-selling book from comedienne/talk show host Chelsea Handler ("Chelsea Lately"), the new comedy "Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea," follows the exploits of twentysomething bartender Chelsea (Laura Prepon, "That '70s Show") a strong-willed force of nature who is determined to live life to the fullest and make no apologies. AWAKE

"Awake" is an intriguing drama about a detective (Jason Issacs, "Harry Potter," "Brotherhood") who finds he is leading an arduous double life that defies reality. Coming Soon to NBC.

A new romantic comedy about two people (Amanda Peet and David Walton) who suddenly find themselves attracted to the qualities that typically repel them. Coming Soon to NBC.

Fun Fact: This is David Walton's THIRD attempt in a NBC Comedy, 100 Questions (fall 2009-2010), Perfect Couples (2010-2011) and now Bent (2011-2012)

The sitcom pairs Jessica St. Clair (as Jessica) and Lennon Parham (as Lennon) as both co-creators and co-stars. Yep, it's one of those shows where the characters have the same name as their real-life counterparts. Which we're sure helps for running lines, but unless you're Larry David we're wary of the gimmick.

St. Clair most recent appeared in the just-opened chick comedy flick "Bridesmaids." She's guested on Showtime's "Weeds," but got her start as a correspondent for shows like "The Smoking Gun TV" and "The Colin Quinn Show." Parham is a "Funny or Die?" regular who has also made the guest rounds ("Parks and Recreation," "How I Met Your Mother").

Another interesting factoid: Former kid actor Fred Savage ("The Wonder Years") directed the pilot. Neat

Fun note: Male in scene, will be recast due to HAPPY ENDINGS getting renewed on ABC

Actually the Vodka show is one of my fave comedies. Chelsea Handleer is great, i heard the book is great....so have a feeling the show will be alrighty

From Emily Spivey and legendary Emmy Award-winning producer Lorne Michaels, comes "Up All Night," a modern take on parenthood starring Christina Applegate, Will Arnett and Maya Rudolph. Coming this Fall to NBC. Wednesdays at 8/7c.

Whitney

Comedian Whitney Cummings (Chelsea Lately) brings her unique and hilarious perspective on love to this new comedy series that proves there's no right way to be together... but there are plenty of wrong ways. Coming this Fall to NBC. Thursdays 9:30/8:30c.
