Do you honestly think they'd job Cena out just to pacify someone who was really out the door? They'd have nothing to gain from that.

As much as some may want it, Punk is not going to show up on Impact and throw the WWE Championship belt in the trash.

Punk is signed for a while at least.

He will likely have the spinner redesigned [about time] and hopefully him and his newly signed buddies can be a good stable on the Raw side.

It isn't a far stretch considering John Laurinaitis has heat from Vince because he didn't re-sign Punk sooner.

I get what you're saying, and it's a fair point. Just sayin', I wouldn't be surprised if Vince were doing all he could to get Punk to stay.

hey, they jobbed Punk out in order to get Hardy to stay, but that didnt happen. Punk couldnt show up on Impact anyway because of the 90 day no compete clause

The answer is no so this run if it happens for him would likely be a lot better.
