Former WWE Diva planning comeback?

shley Massaro, who has not wrestled since parting ways with WWE in 2008, announced Sunday on her Twitter account that she is planning a return to the squared circle.

"I'm been yearning to mention this before-I want to be trained full time this time not match per match like WWE it's tougher to pick up that quick than any of u can understand n I want to come back the best I can be like ever make u all proud," Massaro wrote.

"Not many had to learn on the spot n I'm not making excuses but I'm damn motivated n want to come back stronger harder n sicker than ever! I'm hoping y'all can understand that. I get trashed for botches or injuries wtf do u expect when u learn a move once rt before tv n on rd 330 days a yr w no off time to train it's unrealistic. But I thank the women in WWE I worked w utmost respect to Lisa Melina Jillian trish all the girls who tried to help on my off time n mostly Paul Brian Kendrick n matt n Shane n all the guys really! The talent was so supportive and I'm ready to come back n make everybody proud especially my fans n supporters who appreciated the work I did do thanks to the help from the divas n fit n arn I love u guys for sticking by.

Upon winning the 2005 Diva Search, Massaro, who had no prior wrestling experience, was immediately promoted to the main roster. Her three-year run with the organization would result in disappointment as it was mired with injuries and substandard wrestling performances. She was released from her contract amidst controversy: Rolling Stone alleged that Massaro was employed by a Los Angeles escort agency, which was being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Here we go with this chick again but atleast she is motivated to train before coming back so who knows she could come back and shock everyone.

Shes right though. She was thrown straight into the ring, she didnt have developmental like McCool, Alicia, etc, her only experience and training was actually wrestling on Raw/SD lol.



She is the MOST marketable diva though out of the ones they have now. If she really could improve her wrestling, she could be awesome.

Trish Stratus learned on the road, Candice Michelle learned on the road, Christy Hemme learned on the road and yet none were complete trainwrecks.

She's not marketable, last i heard she was big in drugs (no surprise, she hangs out with helms, Hardy's and Londrick) and looked IMMENSLY skinny.

She's in rough shape.

well Trish and Candice were used differently before actually being put in the ring. Trish was a manager and Candice...well she was on TV in segments anyway. neither of them got in the ring that much and Trish only really started being active on the roster when she came back in 2001. Ashley was thrown into the ring two weeks after she won the competition

if she takes the time to train properly then she might become good. a couple of her matches in WWE weren't bad like Bunnymania and a few years solid training could turn her into a competent worker

Training would be of great benefit to her, but I doubt we'll see dramatic improvement. Some yes, but not a lot.

Honestly I don't see her making an drastic improvements. She was soo unathletic, she was like a robot in the ring. CLEARLY she was not meant to be an athlete, it showed in her work.

Some people learn better than others. I'm willing to give her another chance but if she doesn't improve then she's most likely not meant to wrestle

I never did like that lip ring or whatever piercing she had.

This bitch needs to stay away from wrestling.

Shes already better than kelly in the ring, more charismatic, got Mickie like cheers from the fans and more marketable because of her look. And Kelly is the divas champ, riught?



Kaitlyn and Ashley would make a good team, they look alikew lol

good for her if she really wants to try. and i agree that it would be better if she got proper training rather then getting learning as she went. no wonder the models are so rubbish if half of them where thrown in at the deep end, it happened with plenty of them Christy, Candice, Ashley, Layla, Kelly etc were all having matches before getting proper training and only one from that i can see has worked through it to a decent enough standard
