A
source told ProWrestling.net that Matt Hardy was arrested for another
DWI earlier this week. He is scheduled to appear in court on November
30.
Police officials in Raleigh, North Carolina have confirmed Hardy's latest arrest.

This is a SEPARATE DWI from his recent incident in Moore County, North Carolina.

"For
the first time in my life, I was framed.. 0, 0, and O.. I'm truly
appalled. This will not go down without a fight! Looks like I've got a
bull's eye on my head," Hardy tweeted on Monday.

As
noted earlier here on the website, Matt Hardy has been arrested again.
Hardy was recently arrested on another DWI charge in Raleigh, N.C. Hardy
now has several court dates set.

The first on September 28th for
his August 20 DWI arrest that led to his release from TNA. That arrest
has charges of Driving While Impaired and Exceeding Safe Speed.

Next he has a court date on October 11th, from a different incident, where was charged with Reckless Driving - Wanton Disregard.

Finally, for the latest arrest, he appears in court on November 30th to face charges of driving while impaired.

Unbelievable.

First, Kurt Angle gets framed, and now Matt Hardy? It's a CONSPIRACY! A c -o-n... spiracy! Triple H and CM Punk are IN ON IT TOGETHER!

That said, I do think that certain earlier people that once shined in WWE are partly resposible for Punk being one of the top guys, there. They know he's not going to give the industry this kind of bad PR.

trouble for ex-WWE champ Matt Hardy -- the 36-year-old was arrested for
driving under the influence in North Carolina this week ... the second
time in the last couple of weeks.

According to the arrest report
obtained by TMZ ... cops received a complaint of a "possible drunk
driver" late Monday afternoon ... who almost "hit two drivers three
separate times."

When the cop spotted Hardy, the wrestler's car, "swerved into the curb and then back onto the road."

Once
Hardy was pulled over, the officer claims Hardy "had slow and slurred
speech, sleepy eyes and a very lackadaisical demeanor."

According
to the report, Hardy took the walk-the-line test -- but "after taking
two steps, Mr. Hardy lost his balance and failed to stay on the line."

Hardy
took a breathalyzer -- but when the results showed he wasn't drunk ...
cops called in a "Drug Recognition Officer" to perform even more tests.

Eventually, cops believed Hardy was under the influence of something ... and arrested him on the spot.

Hardy is scheduled to appear in court on November 30.

As
we reported earlier here on the website, Matt Hardy was arrested on
Monday by airport police at the Raleigh-Durhan International Airport.
Airport Authority Officer Smith-Wynter pulled Hardy over after a concern
was made about the way he was driving his vehicle.

They note
that Hardy passed a breathalyzer test on the scene and had no alcohol in
his system at the time of his arrest. He blew a 0.00. North Carolina
State Trooper Hans Ellefson, who is a Drug Recognition Expert, was then
called to the scene to further examine Hardy.

Trooper Ellefson
told Pwinsider that he "conducted a series of test on [Hardy] and
determined he was impaired and unable to safely operate a vehicle."

Hardy was then given a blood test. The results of that are unknown as of this writing.

Trooper
Ellefson ruled that he believed Hardy was under the influence of
"Central Nervous System depressants" but is waiting for blood tests to
come back.

yeah but Kurt Angle has 100% nothing to do with CM Punk, actually neither does Matt Hardy for that matter, so i dont see why Punk was brought up. nothing to do with either of these situations

Not everything involves storylines.

His Straight Edge lifestyle means he's not going to get arrested on drinking or drug charges, and therefore bring a ton of bad publicity to the company and the wrestling business as a whole. He's the Anti-Hardy, the Anti-Angle.

Given the public image issues drunk and drugged up stars have given the business, yes, it's something the company is going to consider. TNA boasted of the "freedom" they gave their talent, and look where it's gotten them.

Note what's always said about John Cena: He's praised for how he conducts himself out of the ring. And, in this day and age, that makes a difference.

No one said anything about storylines, but you seemed to imply that guys with problems like Angle and Hardy lead to why Punk is at the top. a proper example would be "Punk is a prime example of a guy who doesnt have problems with the law and is at the top."

If you say so... It could well be an amazing coincidence that the people who are taking care of themselves are doing well in the company. And, that incident early in the year where Morrison and Melina made the press for being kicked out and banned from a trendy LA nightspot for their drunken disorderly behavior may have been no factor in the backstage issues they had, and JoMo's lack of pushes, since, despite being one of their most popular stars.

If i say so? If Kurt Angle is one of the reasons CM Punk is at the top in big feuds, then Ric Flair's shitty attitude in TNA is the reason Daniel Bryan won Money in the Bank. The point is, you cant account someones success because of someone else in another company nonetheless as the reason why, mainly because its completely irrelevant as to how that said star got to the top to begin with. Even so, CM Punks REAL rise to the top didnt start until recently, and even then, i STILL dont credit Matt Hardy and Kurt Angle of all people as why.

Also, what does John Morrison have to do with this? This is about Matt Hardy, and Matt Hardy alone. Morrison's issues with management stem from when Melina fooled around with Batista and hasnt gotten better since.
