Dead that link should give you a good idea.
Basically though he was found guilty of murdering a police officer and sentenced to death.
The state of Georgia barely had any evidence on him though so it seemed like a very weak death penalty case.

| Well if someone is imprisoned for the death penalty, thats still not teaching anyone a lesson..Even if it did, it serves the same purpose, you just live your life alive, its not like they can have kids and teach them these life lessons.
The way I see it, kill as many of these people as you can before they can influence others and continue the cycle. | |

| I believe in the death penalty but only for very bad cases and ones that have lots of evidence.
Yes killing a cop is really bad but the amount of evidence the state had on him was not enough for me to think he should have been put to death.
Now if they had his fingerprints on the murder weapon etc then yeah he got what he deserved but I have a lot of doubt that he did it so I think they made the wrong choice in killing him. | |
