Cody Rhodes' NEW IC Title [Updated Classic IC Look]. What Do You Think?

Cody replaced the former belt with this design.

HHH made him have to defend it right away against JoMo which Cody was successful at.

So what do you think of it?

I fucking LOVE it!

I might like it later but I absolutely LOVED the now former IC title.

So it sucks that it is gone but I guess I am glad they let Cody change it so that should mean he will get a longer reign.

I liked that one too. It's one of the last physical things leftover from the Attitude Era (obviously aside from the Superstars & Divas themselves.)

I like the changes they've made with the championship belts... uhhh... excluding the WWE championship, of course.

Yeah I really wish they would have instead changed the WWE title but that should still be redesigned soon enough.

Same with the Diva's Title; Beth should be like fuck this shit and get rid of it.

Had a wwe.com interview with him and the belt.

I think I'm already starting to like it more but still it won't be my favorite compared to the former design.

Surprised WWE decided to backtrack with a titles prestige rather than create a pointless new design and wipe the prestige lol.

Beth needs to burn that garbage title- it makes perfect sense. Why would anti divas want to hold a 'divas' title with butterflies on it?

That championship design has been around for 13/14 years. Out with the old, in with the new.

And if you look at it, the belt looks like the old design from the late 80s till the late 90s.

Yeah X I so want Beth to physically bust that Diva's Title with a hammer or something!

Then she could bring back the former women's title!

I love that belt design but at worst she needs to get a new design for the women's title but I think if anything happens in terms of redesigning it will just be a new design of the divas title..

It should be interesting to see how Beth/Natalya feel about now having the belt on their side.

anyway, this design is the same design that Shawn Michaels had when he was Intercontinental Champion

*shrug* Looks like the 80s/early 90s design, sure, but I grew up with the Attitude design, so it doesn't mean much to me.

I like the classic IC title, but I like the old design better. I wonder why they changed title back. I feel like it wasn't needed to be changed if any title needed to be changed it needed to be the WWE title.

Only if they would do away with the damn WWE championshit... I mean ship.

I really like the new belt. I think definitely has a classic throwback look to it.
