New WWE Diva Signing

Diva Dirt can exclusively reveal that WWE has signed a third female student of Lance Storm’s, 27-year-old Canadian wrestler Taya Valkyrie, real name Kira Forster.

WWE developmental sources tell us that Valkyrie, a native of Victoria, BC, is expected to report to Florida Championship Wrestling in Tampa, FL, in the coming months.

Taya has been training under Storm for over a year and has also done work in fitness modeling/competitions.

Forster is the third female Storm Wrestling Academy student to be signed this year, following in the footsteps of Tenille Tayla and Irena Janjic. Irena has already reported to FCW as Leah West, while Tenille is recovering from recent shoulder surgery and will be reporting in the New Year.

Like Janjic and Tayla, Valkyrie was featured on the World of Hurt documentary series which aired in Canada. She has also wrestled for the ECCW promotion along with Tenille and Nicole Matthews.

Not since Trish & Molly have we seen this kind of assleticism in a Diva. smile

Congratulations to her. It is nice to see WWE putting expressing interest in women that have solid wrestling experience. I think once Taya, Tennille, and Britani Knight make it up to the main roster, we'll have the ability to see a lot more good matches.

I guess you were not watching when Mickie and Victoria were in WWE. Hell, how about Layla. IK, LL would agree with that one.

Now, she's cute and all, and has a damn big ass to hold China on and whatnot - but I hope that in time, she develops into someone worth watching.

Yeah it is nice that wwe seems to be signing future divas that have more of a background then straight up models although some of those have since developed well [some more than others..].

Is't this pretty much a repeat of when WWE had Beth, Natalya, ANgel Williams, Shantelle Taylor, Tracy Taylor, Krissy Vaine, Kara Slice alll under developement contract and look HOW many actually made a dent in the WWE
