Haven't always. I used to be very insecure and defensive about why things weren't going my way. I'm behind the 8-ball and am still learning how to be an adult, as I didn't learn the vital things I needed to from a strong male figure. Can't harp on what might have been. The proverbial switch has kinda switched in my head in recent months and I'm realizing what I need to do for myself beginning with my health. For some reason I have sabotaged my own health putting my life at risk for the longest time, feeling sorry for myself - still somewhat depressed.

I feel it's all coming together for me! I am taking better care of myself. I'm looking to get back into school. I have been losing weight. Feeling more confident. Less worrisome about being your stereotypical stubborn macho male always keeping his guard up, giving a damn about who a & b thinks.

No...I have so many regrets in my life that I wish that never happen but It did.NO ONE takes me serious everyone thinks Im a joke.Everyone even people from my family use me and dont have any respect for me.Im tired of everyone not showing me the respect I deserve.I fuckin hate my life and how the way it turn out.Sometimes I hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel for me but it keeps on getting deeper and darker for me sometimes I just feel like I should not be alive in this fucked up world with these annoying ass people.I fuckin hope and pray that everyone that disrespected me gets whats coming to them because it if dosent happen Ill make sure it will.

if i wasnt a mom i'd probably have killed myself by now. I've been depressed alot lately and even had an anxiety attack the other night because of it. i find no redeeming qualities about myself and nothing about me to be excited about.

That's the answer ALL of you should have gave! No matter how many people u hate in the world and how many people hate u, u should always love yourself. Hell I can't walk past a mirror without making out with it. Though they've asked me to stop doing that at work, they say it's rather distracting, but I ain't telling them to watch.

If I could change anything, I'd make myself buffer and give myself a deeper voice. I want that James Earl Jones type *ish!

Answer to the second question:

Mental toughness. If I have too much time to think about something, I have the ability to psych myself out about it. It's annoying, but recently I've made some progress.
