'The Kids Are All Right' might be getting a sequel TV series.
According to Deadline, Lisa Cholodenko is adapting her Oscar-nominated 2010 film, 'The Kids Are All Right,' into a one-hour drama for HBO. Cholodenko, who co-wrote and directed the movie, will write the pilot and executive produce the series, if it gets picked up.
The show will likely act as a continuation of the movie and feature the five main characters: Nic (Annette Bening) and Jules (Julianne Moore), their kids Joni (Mia Wasikowska) and Laser (Josh Hutcherson) and sperm donor Paul (Mark Ruffalo).
However, it's unlikely the original film actors will participate in the series. We decided to help HBO out and cast the parts.
Check out our choices (props to Maggie Furlong for the brilliant suggestions) below and let us know if you agree with our picks! -------------------------------------------------- What do you think of this?
