According to the official website of The First Niagra Center in Buffalo, New York, Booker T vs. Cody Rhodes is being advertised to take place at the December 29th Smackdown house show event.
It has been reported for quite some time now that WWE has had plans for Booker T to return to the ring in a feud with Cody Rhodes, and although plans can always change, it looks as if Booker will indeed be returning to face the Intercontinental Champion.

| I saw this last night.
Kind of a random way to kick off the Rhodes/Booker feud which has been rumored for weeks now.
If they do feud, this will definitely help put over Cody even further. We know Booker isn't interested in returning full-time, so I'd be ok with it. Besides, who doesn't want to see a spinaroonie? | |

Idk though I could see Booker winning the IC belt but then losing it back to Cody after a short reign? :-/
Either way I wouldn't mind as long as Cody comes out looking great. | |
