| I think 2003 had the best roster.
And it also has to do with what the divas actually did [and for how long] because yeah 2006 had Jazz and Beth Phoenix but I don't really add them in as +'s considering Jazz had one match and Beth was injured in a month or so after 2 matches..
So yeah 2003 was awesome because it had:
Lita, Trish, Victoria, Jazz, Jacqueline, Ivory, Gail, Molly and those 8 are really good even at that time [Gail/Trish/Lita got better in time imo]. | |

| 2003 easily. 2002 was on the up but Trish was the only face they had and she was still improving but she was solid by 2003. Raw's divas were on TV pretty much every week and they always got decent time for matches. even on Smackdown Dawn, Torrie and Nidia wrestled quite a bit as well. 2004 was when they started slipping and the lineup wasn't solid again until around 2009 or so | |
