"A Houston man has launched a unique court battle, claiming his twin sons resulted from his sperm being stolen and taken to a Houston fertility clinic without his knowledge, Local 2 Investigates reported Tuesday. "Actually, I couldn't believe it could be done. I was very, very devastated," said Joe Pressil, a 36-year-old telecommunications manager. "I couldn't believe that this fertility clinic could actually do this without my consent, or without my even being there," he said." - Houston News

Yeah if he really is telling the truth and not just trying to dodge child support [because how often does that happen...?] then I feel this is so crazy!
The fertility clinic is of course saying that he was in on this and now just wants out of child support so I don't know what to think.

The signature doesn't mean much to me because people can forge. The blood test sounds suspicious on his part. How could they have possibly gotten his blood if there wasn't a blood test? But that doesn't mean he wasn't considering and changed his mind. The real tricky part is the sperm. Did he consent her to use it and has decided to deny her kids; or did she use it to sabotage him?
