Triple H vs. Undertaker WrestleMania Rematch Update

-- We noted yesterday that Triple H's comments on RAW noting that he "ended the Undertaker's streak" when Taker could not walk out on his own at Wrestlemania last year was the first step to building a Triple H vs. Undertaker rematch for this year's WrestleMania. Word is that Undertaker will return in early 2012 to begin the program with Triple H.

I read earlier that Taker/HHH, Rock/Cena and Punk Jericho are confirmed.

I saw that match live this year, I don't want to see it live again next year. Taker should face someone else

I would have rather it was Kane he faced a third time too which could really start being built up now with the whole new mask thing

but either way kane or hhh i would rather someone new

i am bored of take facing the same person twice again...wasn't it HBK in 09/10 and now HHH 11/12

i'm fine with it being HH cause Kane doesnt want to end the streak. so if anyone's gonna get beat by taker for the 3rd time..let it be HHH. he can take one for the team.

I only want Kane to do it if he agreed to end the streak...and he wont.

I really don't think HHH needs the extra accomplishment of ending the streak...even though Kane is very accomplished in his own right, adding that notch onto his belt would cap off an already great career. Not to mention it would make sense for his half-brother to do it...but as you said Vix, Kane doesn't want to end the streak, so fair play to him.

Yeah I think that it should be someone new maybe brock lesner or kevin nash.Its his 20th so it has to be someone big.

I really would not want to see Kevin Nash try again to end the streak....when he tried in 97 at least he was at full health....trying to watch two cripples wrestle would be awful.

I personally think it should be an up and comer ... personally even though hardly anyone like him, i think it should be the miz...cos he is certainly in my eyes one of the next great main eventers... he has an abundance of charisma and is constantly getting better in the ring

I think that was 96 bc in 95 Nash faced HBK; and in 97 Taker faced Sid.

The problems with having an up-and-comer end the streak are: 1) it puts so much pressure on that guy to become a big star and not just fade in a few years. Because in essence, that would be a passing of the torch type of move. 2) on a lesser scale, the backlash from fans bc so and so was chosen over so and so to.

i never said Taker will lose his streak. He wont. He will win. and I'm quite content with him beating HHH for a 3rd time. Taker's gonna win so why not let HHH be the one to job out?

IF taker was going to lose...it should ONLY be to Kane. But Kane has already turned down the oppurtunity to end the streak. So I dont wanna see Kane jobbing out to Taker for a 3rd time.
