TNA has announced a Knockouts Tag Team Championship match for this week’s episode of Impact Wrestling.

Champions Gail Kim and Madison Rayne will defend against Mickie James and Traci Brooks.

If Mickie and Traci can win, Mickie would become the only woman in history to hold all four major championships in WWE and TNA, while it would mark original Knockout Traci’s first title win.

I am happy they booked it as a title match.

I don't recall it being such when it was first taped and I thought it was odd and that they should have put them on the line.

So it is nice that they are.
