I don't use Twitter but if I ever did I would follow some of these wrestlers such as:

Rock, Jericho, Miz, JoMo, Beth, and Bryan.

I'd also follow others who missed the top 25 like Lita, Gail, Mickie, Ziggler, Vickie etc.

Sometimes, some of the KOs like Brooke, Rosita, Velvet and even Karen have little kayfabe flame wars. It's kinda funny.
