I don't understand how this is considered cruelty...? There's actual abuse that goes undetected in the world and people want to go in on someone for tattooing their kid. Okay.

Interesting. I agree with Vee. But I also think that 10 years old is way too young, plus tattoos hurt so I can see the cruelty in it. But I can also understand the reason the kid wanted one. :/ this is one of those topics where in not sure who I want to side with.
On to your question... I have 8, think I got my first when I was 18 or 19 I can't really remember. My mom didn't really mind them. She just doesn't want me to go all crazy, which I wont because I done. My dad hates them lol.

As for the story I think there are better things to worry about but I guess the law has to be followed even if it is clear the kid really wanted the tat to honor his fallen brother.
