Something I don't understand

Why do men have nipples? The reason women have them is for nursing, but why do men have them? Are they there just in case they decide to become a woman? And whats the point of women covering up there nipples if they already showing their breast when where shit like pasties, tiny bikini tops, body paint etc..

Because nipples feel AWESOME when you pinch them! And women shouldn't be the only ones allowed to receive that pleasure.

I've never completely understood the cleavage thing. In many cultures women walk about topless. Here in the states, it's viewed as immoral or taboo. The ironic thing is people here, men and women, are obsessed with breasts.

As for men and why we have nipples... never thought about it. It would look weird , though, if a guy were to walk past you shirtless and didn't have nipples.

It would only look weird because your use to see it, its like always seeing someone with facial hair and then they shave it off. but if was never there it would seem normal

Men have nipples when they are a fetus, prior to the differentiation process. But because they are programmed to be boys, their breasts never fully developed. That's why we have nipples, but not breasts.

If that were the case, it wouldn't be strange at all.

The best analogy I can use are the tonsils. Scientists hypothesize that early humans may have somehow needed them because of digesting raw meat. So, now we have them and are useless... so it's like why are they there. But everyone is born with them, so it's like "they're just there. It's normal."

Well that would totally change the concept of human beings. Maybe they served some purpose (other than to place jewelry on) thousands of years ago?
