If you're running late for work....

would you call off completely or just say you're running late?

Say I'm running late.

It's never too late to do the lords work! SINNERS BE SAVED! Though if I were to be running late, I'd just call and let them know, it's better to be late than not show up at all.

i was asking cause i know a few people in real life who say they just call off if they're gonna be late. i think that's really dumb.

I have worked with people who do that, really frustrating.

How late are they talking though? If you're talking just being a couple of minutes late then calling off is stupid, but if they're going to miss more than half their shift then I can see calling off.

i have had people do that when only like 30 minutes late....

if i oversleep and im like an hour behind..then yeah im calling out lol

I've never been more than a minute or two late to my classroom, and that's on extremely rare occasions.

I hate being late for anything, as I feel it'd be extremely unprofessional on my part.

I'm late for everything. I cannot stand rushing.
