Is this only the WWF/E Women's Title because I don't know who that Evelyn lady is?

Is she from the NWA or was she one of the people who won the belt from Moolah but had a reign that the WWE does NOT count?

The WWE doesn't count those reigns though. I would link you to their official title history but the new website doesn't seem to have that section anymore... Rolling Eyes Wikipedia has a great page though:

It is true that the belt was known as the NWA World Women's Championship from 1956-1983 but the WWE officially changed it into the then WWF Women's Championship in 1983. Doing so they choose to NOT recognize the previous 4 reigns by women who beat Moolah during that time period [they always lost it back within 2-32 days].

If they were to count those reigns then Moolah would not have had the belt for 28+ years although that would have made her a 8x champ instead of the 4 they officially recognize.
