(1) Samoa Joe & Magnus defeated the Motor City Machineguns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin). Joe choked out Sabin for the win.
Jeremy Borash welcomed out referee Earl Hebner to the ring. Autographed Hebner t-shirts were offered.
(2) Velvet Sky defeated Angelina Love. The Knockouts were awesome!
(3) Garett Bischoff defeated Robbie E. During the match, they had a dance-off, which ended in Bischoff clobbering Robbie. Entertaining.
(4) Rob Van Dam defeated Mr. Anderson. Before the match, JB took a chair into the ring and stood on it so he could lower the microphone for Anderson. Great match.
(5) Kurt Angle defeated Christopher Daniels via submission with the Anklelock.
(6) Jeff Hardy defeated Bully Ray in the main event of the evening. Bully Ray singled out fans and had them all worked up by telling them he could beat them up. Jeff Hardy looked great and, as always, there were many Hardy fans in the building!
Overall, I would definitely recommend everyone go to an Impact Wrestling event when you get a chance. You won't be disappointed, as it was an exciting night of wrestling in Jackson. JB did an amazing job as ring announcer - he brought excitement and kept the fans engaged throughout the event. He also wowed members of the audience by giving the loudest fans a chance to go backstage. That is what made the night so special. TNA does an excellent job making the whole experience personable with the wrestlers and staff signing autographs, taking pictures with the fans, and also offering backstage passes. | |
