X-Men Tournament Announcement [Bracket 'A' Polls SOON!]

Some of you may have noticed Hailey and Dead doing some video game franchise tournaments like Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Sonic, and Tekken and that made me want to do one for X-Men which is my favorite superhero franchise.

I have made a list of 75 characters from the X-Men universe that I feel are deserving to go after the title of WD's Favorite X-Men Character. Most of these characters, both heroes and villains, were in the comic books, various tv series [Original X-Men animated series, X-Men Evolution etc], any of the many video games or movies that have been made. So here are the people who will be participating in my X-Men tournament:

The person's name should come up if not just ask me and I should be able to find info on the person.

Because some of these people were in movies and tv shows etc I will try to get 2 pictures of each person if I can.

When it starts getting less people I will try to get 3 or more pictures for each person.

The way this tournament is going to be determined is that a randomizer will separate 25 of these characters into 3 groups [A, B, and C]. The number that is by their name now will stay there forever so that I can keep track of them.

25 people are going to be in one section of the tournament and there will be 8 polls where 3 characters will face off with each other. Because of an odd number of characters in each group of 25 one of the 8 polls will instead have 4 characters in it. The character that gets the most votes in the allotted time will move on and the others will be eliminated. A tie will mean both people move on.

Because there are going to be 8 first round polls per 25 character group that will mean there will be 4 polls per group after that. The top vote getters of those 4 polls will advance to the semi-finals of the group they were assigned. The two winners of the semi finals will compete in the Bracket Finals.

The Bracket A winner, the Bracket B winner, and the Bracket C winner will then face off against each other to see who wins the tournament.

Like I said each bracket will have 8 first round polls usually with 3 characters in it although one will have to have 4. I'm going to randomize each group and the polls will be determined that way. Group 'A's' first round polls will begin first.
