According to PWInsider.com, WWE will continue to tape NXT on the road, prior to Smackdown, until the end of the current "season."
While it is unknown when the current season of the show will end, it has been decided that current season broadcasts will tape prior to Smackdown, and when the season ends, WWE will begin taping the show from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. Several episodes of NXT have already been taped at Full Sail, so it appears likely those shows will air once the current NXT season is over.
