Lita, Edge, Randy Orton vs Trish Stratus, Carlito, John Cena + backstage, 9-4-06

I LOVE that backstage skit and this match.

Great period of time.

I sure wish it was extended by a couple months though..

I would have liked seeing Lita defend the belt against Trish at say SummerSlam and then drop it to Trish at Unforgiven like she did.

Of course she would have had to beat Mickie earlier [probably mid July] but that is a trade off I would have been willing to make.

Yeah, Lita was great with the bit outside Vince's office.

Also, a loud crowd always adds to a show. And no one makes the big matches dramatic like JR does. Though, he couldn't call Lita a Jezebel because he'd already called Melina that, earlier in the show, when she saved JoMo's IC title by tackling the ref and getting him disqualified. Let's see Vickie or Rosa try that. smile
