- CM Punk is reportedly scheduled to wrestle Big Show at SummerSlam.
The two previously faced off at the pay-per-view event in 2010, with Big Show defeating Punk, Joseph Mercury and Luke Gallows in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match. This year's show takes place August 19 at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California.

| I sure don't want Big Show as champion so I guess I would much rather Bryan beat Punk at NWO or the MITB winner and or whoever he faces at MITB to beat him for it as long as they are not Show or Kane [or a couple others].
This Punk/Show match at SS probably won't interest me much since I don't like Big Show at all. | |

| Punk has had the title for quite some time now. As much as I appreciate something new, there comes a point when new becomes old, monotonous and boring. Not saying Punk is any of those things, but a new champion would be appreciated. Otherwise, he'd just be the new John Cena... only a better wrestler.
