F4WOnline.com is reporting that with the 60 day suspension of Randy Orton, WWE is reportedly taking its drug testing policy very seriously as Orton is obviously considered to be a top star in the company. In the past, it had been speculated that WWE was lax, and often selective in its suspensions for Wellness Policy violations based on the position a superstar has within the company.
Dating back to last July, WWE has handed out the most talent suspensions it ever has in a one year period, since publicly announcing suspensions back in 2007. The list of talent names suspended since last July include R-Truth, Evan Bourne, Andy Leavine, Darren Young, Heath Slater, Mike Chioda, Sin Cara, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton.
From July 2009 until the announcement of Sin Cara's suspension in 2011, only one suspension had been handed out by WWE, and that was to Rey Mysterio.
