there is no rush at all to deminish her credibility by forcing her to carry a butterfly.

as for the match....theres no build up...i just hope it has a decent length like the previous one...the only good thing is the match won't or shouldn't be a total disaster

Where did I say I want Kharma to win the belt on her first match?

I said she could return here leading to a title feud but that it isn't likely.

I think she will return in July either at MITB or the 1000th Raw.

Her first big match could then be at SummerSlam [who knows if it will be a title match?].

BTW the butterfly belt is of course not something I care for over the Women's Title however if it is the only belt there is then any serious competitor in WWE women's division should probably win it eventually.

Ideally Kharma would crush that piece of shit and bring back the WWE Women's Title however let's get real that won't happen so we all just have to deal with it..

i think it could point towards Kharma returning since Layla has already pinned Beth clean and Beth does not need to win the title back. could Kharma return to lay both of them out in a DQ finish. or maybe something as simple as a vignette appearing at the end of the match to hype up her return? at the very least if Layla retains then that gives her 3 successful title defences and establishes her as a fighting champion, though i would have much preferred to have Natalya in this match instead of Beth

Layla will retain, here. At this point, it looks like AJ is being groomed for a title run sooner rather than later, and I don't see them playing Hot Potato with the belt, first.

Beth should be the last person to challenge Kharma. first of all she needs to take a break from the spotlight considering they started pushing her back in August and she was champ from October to April. Kharma should first have a lengthy feud with Layla akin to her one with Gail in TNA. then she can start dominating the division by having legit feuds with the others. Natalya would be a safe bet to start from and then AJ, perhaps even Alicia Fox provided WWE actually let her win some matches. maybe they could even bring Kharma onto NXT to work some matches with Sofia Cortez and Paige

That right there is NOT gonna happen at ALL you have to think what will the creative team do.The reason why Beth is getting this push is because shes the only Heel Diva at the moment they care about.After this feud is over what's REALLY gonna happen next?.Is Natayla some how gonna come out of the jobber zone and actually be a threat for Layla?.NO because it's not gonna happen but I hope something good comes for nattie.Like I said Kharma vs Natayla(A feud) will not happen just take a look at Tamina vs Nattie and you'll see why.Kharma will just Squash Nattie and WWE will make Layla(Somehow) a threat for Kharma.

Yep. Not only has AJ been the main Diva spotlighted for the past month, but she just main evented Raw. Plus, she's one of the best wrestlers among the Divas and can work the mic. She's over with the fans.

Putting the butterfly belt on her sooner rather than later seems a no brainer.

To me, it seems like they are heading towards an AJ vs Layla match. Layla is getting pushed over Beth Phoenix to get over as champ, so that psycho AJ can come along and challenge her for it- hopefully in a dragged out storyline with similar aspects to Trish/Mickie.

well in kayfabe Layla is pretty much a clingy lesbian anyway so how about AJ tries to make them into the new LayCool and Layla eventually rejects her, sending her over the edge

WWE seriously need to turn someone heel or rebuild someone like Natalya...cos honestly after tonight if Beth doesn't win then how can she carry on to possibly feud....I would suggest she either get into it with Kharma, or if Kharma isn't ready to return, move away from the devision for a little bit and maybe get into it with some upper mid-carder/main eventer kinda like AJ....cos honestly with only 1 title and no proper focus....Beth isn't one of those diva's that can just take a back seat, she is booked to win and look strong, and any sort of loss is going to seriously hurt her credibility....WWE need to give Maxine a shot, or I would personally Love to see AJ get into it...what better way of getting Layla over with the fans, then have her somehow get involved with the AJ/Punk/Kane/Bryan feud...perhaps siding with Punk as AJ sides with Kane (or in my opinion will side back with Bryan).

As for tonight, I think Layla is gonna retain her title as well as her undefeated streak in singles action on PPV.

The match from a technical stand point was pretty good...and I like that this is the second PPV in a row where they have gotten a good 7 minutes to wrestle.

Problems the comedy shit, wasn't that funny....I feel if the crowd took to it better and/or actually cared for the match that would have helped...the atmosphere just wasn't there at all.

People get their panties in a bunch when it comes to the Divas. Chilax people.

It seems we had not one but two Women's Champions there, Lita & Madusa.

match was on par with their last one. i liked the trash talking at the start. it seems like since the creative didn't give them any story behind their match they tried to put it in there themselves. Layla's comedy was a bit strange but so was all the stuff she did in LayCool so at the end of the day any kind of personality is better than none at all. here she was able to make her comedy work in a face way, she just needed Beth to give her something to play off. and that's now three successful title defences in only two months since she's won the belt. at least she's a fighting champion. though lord knows who she's going to feud with now since AJ is still wrapped up in that Punk storyline.
