It was announced at Tuesday’s Smackdown taping that the Interim General Manager next week’s RAW Supershow & Tuesday’s live “Great American Bash” Super SmackDown will be none other than Teddy Long.

WWE is bringing back former General Managers each week to run RAW and SmackDown on a temporary basis until a new permanent General Manager will be named on the 1,000th RAW Celebration on July 23rd.

So far, we’ve seen Mick Foley, Vickie Guerrero and now Teddy Long running RAW and SmackDown.

We’ve heard that WWE is even considering bringing back the mystery “Anonymous General Manager” for one week as a way to finally tie up that loose end and reveal who was behind forgotten angle – but we’ll see if that actually happens.
