To all my wonderful fans, just want to let you know I have been granted my release from TNA. It was completely amicable parting of ways and I want to thank TNA and all of its employees for the wonderful journey I've had there over the years. Now I'm on to the next amazing chapter of my life! Wow I am shocked!

I was never her biggest fan however she should have been used a lot more in her recent TNA career.

I wonder if she would ever get a shot at going to WWE?

Would be kinda cool to see her there.

This was a BIG problem on TNA's part. Angelina Love is one of the best female wrestlers that they have ever had on their roster. She is excellent on the mic and perform wonders in the ring. It is really a miracle that they haven't lost more of the talent.

TNA can't even let them wrestle consistently on Xplosion.

Shame since all three were great additions to the roster.

Angelina Love, an original member of TNA Wrestling's Knockouts division, announced Sunday via Twitter that she has been granted her release from the organization. Velvet Sky, who initially drew fame alongside Love as "The Beautiful People," addressed her former partner's TNA departure.

"Such a damn shame!! So much left to do there! I know you're gonna move on to big things bud, good luck and as always I love u!!" Sky wrote on Twitter.

Love responded to Sky, "I love u with all my heart, we did something so amazing with TBP and the memories from that will last forever! I cherish our friendship so much, thank you for EVERYTHING Ebud!!"

Their characters were portrayed as arrogant blonde Barbie dolls, whose main goal as a team was to "cleanse" the TNA roster "one ugly person at a time," based on their belief that their physical appearance was superior to all others. The duo was such a success that even WWE took notice and made their own group of narcissistic and vain bullies. Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer has said that LayCool was devised due to WWE's creative department being embarrassed by the Love/Sky tandem making their female roster look second-rate by comparison.

Following news Sunday night that Love had been granted her release from TNA Wrestling, the record-setting five-time TNA Women's Knockout Champion was a top trending topic throughout most of Monday in various regions.

Regarding this, she wrote, "Sooo flattered that I've been trending Worldwide for an entire day now thanks to the incredible support of my wonderful fans! Thank you loves!!!"

Both rosters have some very talented women and neither use them very effectively. But I think overall TNA has a better womens division.

Yeah I was looking forward to seeing her face Gail but I guess people just have to watch their old matches. :-/

I was really sad to hear that she's left TNA. I was a huge fan of Angel Williams before she joined TNA, and think the WWE really missed a trick not bringing her up to the main shows when she was on a development contract...I always thought they should have brought her in as Torrie Wilson's sister and made them feud initially; it would have got her over!

All that being said, I loved how TNA used her as part of the Beautiful People and I loved her feud with Kong when she was champion. I wish we could have seen her reunite with Velvet as faces, but it was great seeing her on the television for so many years!
